What I Have Done

  • Academy of Model Aeronautics. Planned and launched membership generation, acquisition and retention strategy. Reversed 9-year membership decline with 7 consecutive years of membership growth. Increase 34%.
  • Delta Faucet. Developed B2B and B2C advertising program to support $600 million product portfolio. 7% annual growth.
  • Armstrong Garden Centers. Developed and launched new, integrated branding strategy and advertising programs. Same store sales increased 25% weekly.
  • Wild Birds Unlimited. Branding strategy contributed to an increase in annual same store sales of 12% up from 3%. Sales increased $55 million to $100 million with 30 consecutive months of increased sales. Expanded stores from 80 to 300.
  • Carrier Corporation. Bryant Brand. Multi-channel marketing and advertising programs helped increase product sales from $211 million to $270 million with a 2% gain in market share. Brand awareness 43% to 47%.
  • Event Planning. Directed and planned 100s of events including two of the largest model aviation and UAV/drone industry and consumer trade shows in the country. Exhibitor sales, sponsorship sales, marketing, industry speakers. Exhibitors: 150. Attendance: 6,000. Budget: $500K each.
  • Sponsorships and Foundation. Packaged media properties, events, strategic partnerships, sponsorships and with leading brands generating over $1 million in annual revenue. Planned and launched a foundation. Annual giving exceeded $1 million
